Nicole Stanton
Nicole Stanton is a Managing Partner within our Legal Services Practice Group where she specializes in placing attorneys at all levels within law firms and corporate legal departments. Nicole is a former litigation partner and office managing partner of an AmLaw 200 law firm where she was highly successful in recruiting partner-level candidates and groups of lawyers to the firm during her tenure. She managed the Phoenix office of a national law firm where she was responsible for leading over 100 lawyers and another 75 support staff. Currently, Nicole serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of a publicly traded company where she leads an in-house legal team composed of eight attorneys. In both roles, Nicole has successfully combined her vast network of contacts as well as her legal experience to identify the right legal professional for the right position. She has an extraordinary knowledge of the Phoenix community.
In her professional life Nicole has earned a reputation for her integrity, professionalism and discreet handling of sensitive matters. For over 10 years she served as the assistant general counsel for an AmLaw 200 law firm where she dealt with malpractice claims and bar complaints against the firm’s lawyers.
Nicole lives in Phoenix with her husband, Congressman Greg Stanton (AZ-09), her children Trevor & Violet, and the family’s two cats, Tony and Francois, their dog Fozzie and leopard gecko Wonder Gemini. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new local restaurants, and is an avid Phoenix Mercury fan.
